World Indigenous Missions

Wally and Diane work with World Indigenous Missions out of New Braunfels, TX. They serve in Valles, Mexico. Their motto is "Reaching the lost, teaching the saved, sending the trained." We have had the privilege to have Wally and Diane visit Crosswalk and share with us what God is doing in Mexico twice now, and look forward to them 

returning soon.

About Wally and Diane

They were born and raised in Wisconsin and dairy farmed until God called them to the mission field in 1985. They have six children - Jolene, who is married to Matt and lives in Minneapolis, working toward her Doctorate Degree; Jessica who has graduated from college and works in Minnesota; Jake attends college in Minneapolis; Joshua who is married to Pam and works in church ministry in Denver. CO; Joy works with IHOP Prayer Ministry in Atlanta. GA; and Josiah who is still living with them in Mexico.

Ministry Background

They joined World Indigenous Missions (WIM) in 1985 and graduated from King's Way Missionary Institute (a Spanish-language school in McAllen, Texas) in May. 1986. They then moved to Tamazunchale in the central Mexican state of San Luis Potosi and trained with WIM missionaries Chuck and Mary Nell Hall.


In April. 1987. Wally & Diane moved two hours north to Cd. Valles. where they reside today. Soon afterwards, the Halls left for further schooling and gave them the responsibility for the area churches. They felt the need to provide the pastors and leaders with the tools and continued training to effectively lead their churches.


God also gave them the vision to plant a church in the city of Valles. The Valles church will celebrate its 23nd anniversary in January. 2017.
